  • Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery.
  • Have exceptional cooking skills and palette with quality and innovation.
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients whether simple or complex.
  • A charismatic and confident communicator with your team and the wider restaurant team.
  • Have a proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams.
  • Professional, hardworking, flexible, and have an immaculate eye for detail.
  • Keeps abreast of newest trends and innovations in the hospitality industry.
  • Being alert for opportunities to improve the profitability of the department, through controlling wastage and maintaining effective control regarding GP and staff.
  • Have responsibility for ensuring the brigade complies with all health & safety and food safety policies and procedures.
  • You will currently be a Head Chef from a leading restaurant.
  • Have extensive experience working in different types of cuisines.
