Support your team during busy services to create positive energy and a productive environment. Work independently managing a demanding section of the kitchen. Ability to remain calm during pressurised services. Demonstrate experienced knife skills and impeccable attention to detail. Show determination to deliver the best product and demonstrate commitment and passion on every shift to inspire those around you. Demonstrate a desire to push culinary boundaries and learn new skills and techniques to deliver new and unique dishes. Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing.
