Natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential, an ambassador of the brand; you will need to be calm and collected when managing your team. Responsible for developing teams and implementing initiatives to provide the highest level of operational performance, guest experience and quality. Highly visible within the business, innovative in your approach and ready to push boundaries. Demonstrate a deep-rooted understanding of our business. Use this knowledge to constantly strive for ways to improve our brand. Financially responsible, ensuring not only business growth but financial growth of the site. Comfortable taking full autonomy of the site and reporting to the directors. Significant experience with high end restaurants with an in-depth knowledge of the local dining scene. Openings and project management experience of an operation on a similar scale is essential.
