You will be a natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential, an ambassador of the brand; you will need to be calm and collected when managing your team. Ability to coordinate high volume of bookings without compromising service. Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of booking systems such as SevenRooms and understanding customers' specific needs to deliver a unique experience. Show your passion for learning and developing new skills, and encouraging others to help them grow. Driving a team to greatness through exciting, innovative and engaging training. Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail for our guests.
