What You’ll Get Up To: The bridge between the front of house and kitchen, you will help to maintain the flow of service. You will support the runners and give them clear instruction on tasks to be completed to maintain the steady flow of service. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm at all times with the ability to cope with any challenges a service may present. Demonstrate your passion for customer service to deliver a unique and special experience to guests. Support your team to create a positive working environment and to be the best team that we can be. Use your personable skills to respond to different situations and different customer requirements. Demonstrate a desire to go further in your career and learn new skills.
All expeditors will begin their journey on a training rate tronc, once training has been successfully completed the tronc rate will be increased.
