Inspire your team to deliver the owners vision, to bring a unique and immersive drinking experience to our guests. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of cocktails and beverages and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience. Keep abreast of newest trends and innovations in cocktails and beverages. Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods. Drive a team to greatness through exciting, innovative and engaging training. Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing.
