Responsibilities include managing IT systems, facilities, stock availability, inventory, security, logistics, and after-sales services. Job responsibilities: Ensure proper store operations according to guidelines Operate the Retail Pro Management system for stock transfer, arrivals, and payments Manage and maintain store facilities, including repairs and replacements Oversee maintenance of lighting and electrical systems Organize back-of-house areas and stock rooms Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to verify work standards Control store expenses and maintain accurate records Ensure proper procedures for cash, credit card, and check processing Manage petty cash according to company policy Conduct inventories and cycle counts Support legal, security, cash controls, and audit procedures Manage packaging, stationary, CRM materials, and repairs Oversee shipment, transfer, and consignment processing Ensure staff compliance with HR and POS policies Additional duties may be assigned as required.
