Key Mission of the Store Manager is to successfully lead the Store by ensuring that all standards in terms of performance, processes and team management are compliant with FENDI values and guidelines. The Store Manager will be responsible for the business development and targets achievement by building up a loyal client base through the promotion of FENDI history, craftsmanship, quality of materials and creativity.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and achieve store performance with relevant KPIs
- Assist in the selling process
- Conduct a brief every day and animate the brief with a "Team Board"
- Analyse the business, propose, and implement action plans to improve results, generate sales for each product category also by promoting cross‐selling
- Demonstrate sales leadership for staff and set performance targets for team and individual with relevant KPIs
- Be aware of local trading environment and its impact on our sales, including competitors' trading activities
- Manage and supervise the team in the correct execution of all company operating and stock procedures
- Manage customer service quality, to meet client's expectations by offering excellent customer service standards
- Develop loyal FENDI clients and implement appropriate CRM tools and clienteling actions including in-store events
- Act as brand ambassador to strengthen/build relationships with VIP clients
- Improve Mystery Shopper Results with action plans
- Manage sales force to achieve sales goals effectively and clearly assign their day-to-day tasks
- Motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork and maintain harmonious staff relations
- Enhance individual's performance by discussing individual performance every month, daily coaching
- Work with HR Dept. in recruiting the most qualified applicants to meet the store needs
- Supervise store personnel and enforce Company policies while adhering to proper procedures regarding disciplinary action
- Ensure the proper management of staffing roster to provide appropriate store coverage
- Set up In-Store training routine
- Conduct Induction Training for new joiners and mentoring exercises
- Identify individual and team training needs to develop Talents and communicate these needs to HR Department
- Manage day-to-day needs and administration
- Review and submit sales and operational reports to management in adherence to company's KPIs and policies
- Inform management of decisions and procedures relating to business made at store level and any staff issues
- Take necessary actions to effectively control costs and ensure efficient operation in the store
- Ensure that FENDI's standards are applied and maintained at all times across the customer service, internal control and back-office activities (stocks, administration, etc.)
- Ensure that Visual Merchandising is consistent with Company standards and display is always the best, aligned with sales performance
- You may also be required to carry out any other duties within your capacity, which the Company may reasonably require
Profile
- More than 10 years' experience in Managerial role
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree is preferred
- Manages his/her image standards on a high level
- Strong selling and communication skills are necessary
- Administration and financial skills

- Leadership, confidence, organization, professionalism
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge
- Goal oriented, multitasking
