Job Overview
As a FENDI Ambassador, you are expected to provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience to clients.
Responsibilities
- Sales Performance: Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories; monitor individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs; provide customer feedback, especially on new products.
- Client Management: Strengthen customer relations, nurture loyalty, implement CRM tools, set up appointments, and maintain high-quality customer service.
- Store Operations: Perform store duties, operate sales management systems, and ensure stock and store maintenance.
- Stock Management: Maintain inventory accuracy, support stock takes and cycle counts.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and safety standards are met; perform additional duties as required.
Profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail fashion, with at least 1 year in luxury sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
- High standards of personal appearance, strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, self-reliant, friendly, patient.
- Organized, professional, confident, with strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in computer skills and retail management systems.
- Goal-oriented, able to multitask, with a keen interest in fashion and luxury.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
