MISSION STATEMENT

As a FENDI Ambassador, you are expected to provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience to the clients.

MAIN ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Performance

  1. Engage in upselling, cross selling, and multiple selling for all product categories;
  2. Monitor individual sales and achieve performance target and KPI by Department Manager / Store Manager;
  3. Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched products.

Client Management

  1. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal FENDI customer base by implementing appropriate CRM tools and mastering the usage of the Company CRM tools provided;
  2. Implement CRM Campaigns and set up One On One appointments in line with targets and guidelines set;
  3. Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations by offering a professional and individual human touch.

Store Operations

  1. Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management;
  2. Be able to correctly operate the Company Sales Management system in all areas relating to stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.

Stock Management

  1. Maintain inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines (if shop without a backroom stock assistance);
  2. Support during store stock takes and cycle counts.

Store Maintenance

  1. Maintain proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines;
  2. Maintain a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping duties;
  3. You may also be required to carry out any other duties within your capacity, which the Company may reasonably require.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Retail Fashion industry with at least 1 in Luxury Sales;
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred;
Manages his/her image standards at a high level;
Strong selling and communication skills are necessary;
Excellent relationship skills, self-reliant, friendly, and patient;
Organization, professionalism, self-confidence;
Strong customer service skills;
Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge;
Goal-oriented approach, multitasking;
Strong knowledge and/or interest in fashion/luxury industry;
Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
