We have a unique opportunity for an Artist and Creator Marketing Representative to join our world-class global Marketing Team in London, UK.

In this dynamic role, you’ll help expand Fender’s artist and creator footprint across the region – supporting the discovery, development, and activation of the most exciting voices in music and culture. From rising stars to established names, you’ll be an essential point of contact and trusted partner for the artists and creators who help bring the Fender story to life.

Fender’s showroom in the heart of London’s Covent Garden is a gold standard space to present our instruments and collaborate with our artist partners. The Artist Marketing Representative is a critical team member, welcoming artists, creators, and partners and making sure that the experience we deliver there is commensurate with the incredible power of our brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Artist & Content Creators Marketing Lead to drive Fender’s presence across all genres, countries, and scenes – connecting guitar and bass to the cultural pulse of Europe.
  • Identify, build, and nurture relationships with emerging and established artists, creators, and industry partners – acting with integrity, empathy, and deep musical respect.
  • Provide best-in-class support to artists and creators, ensuring the right gear is with the right people, at the right time – including support with sales, logistics, repairs, shipping, and showroom experiences.
  • Introduce new talent to the Fender brand and work with them (and their teams) to align with key product launches, content campaigns, and marketing moments.
  • Work closely with artist management teams, labels and marketing partners to support planning and identify opportunities to grow the visibility and co-marketing potential of Fender artists and properties (Fender.com, social media, content, etc.).
  • Work cross-functionally with Fender’s marketing, PR, social, and product teams to amplify artists and creators through brand-right storytelling across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Support and activate artist and creator-led content initiatives, from day-to-day social amplification to participation in flagship brand campaigns and live sessions.
  • Help grow Fender’s reach and relevance across digital and social platforms by collaborating on content strategies that engage both talent and fan communities.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing plans, including selling in ideas, tracking KPIs, and managing execution in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively maintain the Fender Artist Showroom in London, welcoming talent, preparing gear, and creating meaningful brand experiences for artists and creators.
  • Travel as needed to support key artist and creator visits, events, shoots, and cultural moments, building a trusted, visible presence across the industry.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of music, recording and entertainment industry experience at a brand or agency with a direct focus on identifying and supporting artists and creators to build marketing programs.
  • Proven track record of successfully collaborating with multiple emerging and high-profile music artists, songwriters, producers, entertainers, celebrities, and influencers.
  • Hands-on experience working with emerging and established music artists and digital creators, including managers, producers, and influencers across genres and platforms.

  • Knowledgeable about digital content formats, creator best practices, and social storytelling techniques.
  • Proactive, organised, and resourceful – able to prioritise, adapt, and follow through in a fast-moving environment.
  • Service mindset – willing to champion and grow your evolving roster of artists and creators internally at Fender and to support them with service (gear, repairs, exposure, networking, etc.) that goes above & beyond industry standards.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven organisation; excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills; confident in artist-facing and internal presentations.
