This position provides support and operational assistance to the Finance Team to deliver various finance processes accurately and efficiently for the Fender EMEA countries. The role will provide administrative support and project management assistance where required to the Finance Team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and standard operating procedures and identify/establish internal controls and ensure their operating effectiveness.
- Assist where necessary with processing vendor invoices into Accounts Payable system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support with the processing of Employee expenses through the expense management system, Navan.
- Support with balance sheet reconciliations.
- Create PDF invoices for the intercompany transactions, raising any queries with the Assistant Accountant/Finance Managers.
- Prepare the Intercompany invoices.
- Maintain FEC accounts for French authorities.
- Ad hoc projects.
- Cover for other accounting teams during absence and holiday.
- Identify approved process improvements and implement them once approved.

Qualifications:
- Studied Accountancy/Business studies/Maths or Economics to A-level or BTech.
- Interest in studying towards AAT.
- Attention to detail.
- Deadline driven with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proactive, multi-tasking, flexible and adaptable.
- Excel (intermediate level) and Word experience.
Desirable Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Fluent in another European language, desirable but not essential.
- Practical experience of working in a finance function.
- Practical experience of Accounts Payable function.
- Work experience SAP experience.
