We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Order Packer to join our growing team in Wincanton.
Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday – 09:00 – 15:00
Start Date: Immediate Start
The Role
This is a practical, physical role for someone who likes to stay busy, work with purpose, and take pride in doing things properly. You’ll be part of a small, focused team responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders – making sure every box is accurate, safe, and ready to leave our doors just as it should.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Control
- Picking, packing, wrapping, labelling, loading orders ready for dispatch.
- Assist with regular stock checks and inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Use of computer for despatching of orders
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to work on your own or as part of a team and follow instruction
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic IT skills
- Physically fit and able to lift/move items up to 20Kg
Additional Information:
Full training on all machines and processes used. Full training on internal ICT systems.
