The Role
We are seeking an experienced EU Sales Manager with deep expertise in CTRM, ERP, ETRM, or adjacent enterprise software markets to drive strategic revenue growth across Europe. This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for:
- Enterprise new business acquisition
- Strategic account expansion
- Partner and ecosystem development
- Regional commercial strategy
You will operate at C-level within trading, risk, IT, and operations functions across commodity and energy organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver EU regional revenue targets
- Develop and execute a multi-country sales strategy
- Drive enterprise software sales cycles (6–18 months)
- Build pipeline across energy, metals, agriculture, and commodity trading sectors
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and contract structuring
- Manage and expand strategic accounts
- Develop regional implementation and integration partners
- Maintain accurate forecasting and executive reporting
- Represent Fendahl at industry conferences and trading events
Requirements
- 10–15 years’ experience in enterprise B2B software sales
- Proven track record selling CTRM, ETRM, ERP, trading platforms, risk systems, or adjacent enterprise solutions
- Strong network across European commodity or energy trading markets
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value, multi-year SaaS or software contracts
- Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation experience
- Willingness to travel across Europe
