Role Description: This is a full‑time position for a VRS Trainer and Work‑Based Assessor. Based in Worcestershire, this hybrid role offers a combination of on‑site and remote work. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high‑quality VRS (Vehicle Restraint Systems) training.
  • Conducting assessments for qualifications such as NVQs and Diplomas.
  • Providing industry‑specific guidance to trainees.
  • Liaising with industry professionals to ensure training meets current standards.
  • Preparing training materials and maintaining accurate training records.
  • Supporting the development of the training programme.

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in delivering training programmes and conducting assessments, particularly in Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS).

  • Proficiency in health and safety procedures, including training in relevant courses like manual handling, working at height, and abrasive wheels.

  • Experience in the VRS fencing and knowledge of industry standards and requirements.
