We are looking to recruit Teachers for Fen Rivers School. Full Time, Permanent, Salary (£32,916 - £45,325) + SEN Allowance. Required for September 2026.

Position: A Classroom SEN Teacher to work in our school. This role is suitable for someone prepared to go the extra mile. You will be teaching students who have emotional and behavioural difficulties in small groups, requiring flexibility, sensitivity, patience, and resilience. Creativity and passion towards the subject are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach students with emotional and behavioural difficulties in small groups.
  • Produce schemes of work and lesson plans.
  • Build rapport with students, families and carers.
  • Liaise with agencies to problem-solve student issues and learning barriers.
