Why You’ll Love This Role
As a Women’s Health Endocrinologist / Gynae-Endocrinologist Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in improving the lives of women and AFAB individuals by helping them understand their symptoms and hormonal health.
You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with patients, conducting virtual consultations and developing personalised care pathways. You may also prescribe treatments where appropriate.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting online video consultations for patients with hormonal, menstrual, reproductive, or fertility concerns.
- Reviewing patient hormone test results and providing clear, evidence-based care plans.
- Documenting consultations and treatment plans in line with CQC and GMC standards.
- Prescribing medications when appropriate, following the latest clinical guidelines.
- Collaborating with our Clinical Operations Manager, clinical team, and patient support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Contributing to case reviews and supporting the continuous improvement of our clinical pathways.
- Assisting with clinical content development or patient education initiatives, if desired.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive if you’re passionate about fertility and reproductive health and bring:
Qualifications:
- GMC Specialist Registration in Endocrinology.
- Minimum 5 years post-specialist registration experience.
- Irish Medical Council registration or eligibility is a bonus.
Experience:
- Strong clinical background in managing reproductive endocrinology, PCOS, thyroid disorders, menstrual irregularities, perimenopause, and menopause.
- Experience providing patient care through virtual consultations or a strong interest in telehealth.
- Ability to interpret hormone testing results and create comprehensive care plans.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- A patient-centred, empathetic approach.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating in a multidisciplinary team.
Your Team
You will be working and reporting directly to Bríd our Clinical Operations Manager. You’ll also work with the Patient Experience Team, clinical staff, and across the business.
Flexibility in this Role ️
We are looking for someone to work with us for between 4 and 8 hours per week. We’re flexible in terms of what this looks like.
