The needs of the user are everything to us, and how those needs are served falls under our Product teams. We are looking for a senior content editor bursting with fresh content ideas to join our Gamification team. You will work with a versatile group of content, product, visual, medical, and analytical professionals to enhance our users' daily experience of Flo.
Your Experience
- A background in producing highly engaging and scalable content, including a significant portfolio of short-form/social media content that has gone viral.
- Writing, commissioning and editing women's health content, or adjacent topics like wellbeing, sex and relationships.
- A strong foundation in content analytics, using data insights to inform your content ideas.
- Working towards business goals and pitching content ideas that align with the company's objectives.
- Project management skills, managing complex content projects end-to-end.
- A flexible working style, comfortable juggling diverse tasks.
- A collaborative approach, working closely with various disciplines.
- A growth mindset, willing to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Proactivity in spotting opportunities for content or process improvements.
- Experience using AI tools to support/scale your content creation.
Nice to have:
- Experience interpreting and conveying health information within short-form content, videos, and conversation design.
- Experience working in a product company, especially an app.
- Experience working in a company that uses Agile methodology.
- Experience using Looker, Jira, Figma, Miro, and/or Contentful.
What you'll be doing
- Creating release-ready content that passes our editorial, medical, and legal checks.
- Generating ideas for new content using data and insights.
- Checking the performance/business impact of the content you create.
- Presenting your work and learnings to the wider team.
- Running ideation sessions and workshops.
- Helping to streamline workflows and suggest ideas for process improvements.
- Developing a roster of freelance content creators who understand Flo's mission.
Your targets will be
- Contribute to hitting delivery goals and metrics targets.
- Efficiently follow all content production processes and suggest improvements.
- Foster a positive, honest, curious and collaborative environment within the team.
Annual Salary Range
£65,000 — £68,000 GBP
