We are looking for a Community & Growth Manager to own Flo's presence across Reddit and the broader ecosystem of high-trust, earned channels. This role sits at the intersection of community management and growth marketing, responsible for shaping how Flo is perceived, recommended, and chosen in the spaces where real decisions happen.

Your Main Tasks Will Be:

  • Define and own Flo's earned channel strategy across Reddit, closed communities (Qura, Facebook groups, Discord, forums), and third-party review platforms.
  • Engage daily across Reddit — organic mentions, competitive threads, sensitive conversations — with the nuance and speed these platforms demand.
  • Build response playbooks in partnership with Legal, Medical, and PR.
  • Run community-native programmes: AMAs, feedback threads, user advocacy initiatives.
  • Build a structured user testimonials programme as an acquisition asset.
  • Turn community signal into insight for Product and Comms teams.

We Expect From You:

  • 4–6 years in community management, growth marketing, or earned media.
  • Familiarity with Google SERP techniques and how community platforms like Reddit and Quora drive organic search visibility.
  • Genuine, hands-on Reddit experience — platform fluency, not just familiarity.
  • Judgment in sensitive territory: health topics, privacy, negative brand narratives.
  • Strong analytical mindset, connecting signals to business impact.
  • Ability to build systems and scale processes, not just execute tasks.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort in fast-moving environments.

What you'll get:

  • Competitive salary and annual reviews.
  • Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme.
  • Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave.
  • Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents.
  • Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support.
  • In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office.
  • 5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary.
  • Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks.

Diversity, equity and inclusion:

Our strength is in our differences. At Flo, hiring is based on merit, skill and what you bring to the role – nothing else. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, communities and identities.
