Flo is hiring a Data Science Lead in London to build and lead our Predictive Growth Optimisation team – pioneering ML models that power user acquisition, forecast lifetime value, and optimise our marketing spend.
This role owns the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of Flo’s p LTV system, and stands up a Marketing Mix Modeling capability to measure cross-channel effectiveness and inform budget allocation.
You’ll lead production ML systems and drive cross-functional impact.
