The media platform for ambitious women in Finance & beyond. Female x Finance reaches millions of ambitious women in finance across Europe, the US and beyond each month. Through our newsletter, Instagram and live events in London, Amsterdam, Paris, Milan, Munich, New York and LA, we have built one of the most engaged, career-driven female audiences.

Our community members are dealmakers, investors and future leaders. They are selective about the brands they trust. And when they do trust, they show up. For brand partners, FxF is where culture and commerce meet. We create the content, the conversations and the rooms that move this audience, and we bring the right brands along with us.

THE ROLE

You open doors. You build the pitch. You close the deal. We're hiring our first senior commercial leader. You'll own new business development end-to-end — identifying the right partners, building compelling pitches, and closing six-figure deals across B2B and B2C. This is a revenue-generating role, and we need someone who knows how to get a yes.

You'll build our brand partnership portfolio from the ground up, targeting premium and international brands across sectors like finance, fashion, beauty, luxury, and tech. You translate our audience into commercial opportunity, developing and selling media packages across events, newsletter, social and content. You'll work closely with our founders and lead a small, driven team. You set the commercial direction, own the targets, and deliver.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Identify and close new B2B and B2C brand partnerships across EMEA and the US
  • Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed deal
  • Build and pitch media packages across newsletter, social, content, and events
  • Develop creative ideas and concepts that bridge community and brand, making sure they resonate with the Female x Finance audience
  • Identify and secure sponsors for our event programme from first conversation to on-site execution
  • Negotiate deal terms and manage multiple pitches simultaneously across sectors
  • Grow revenue with returning partners through strong account relationships
  • Own your targets, report on pipeline, conversion and commercial performance
  • Shape our commercial strategy alongside the founders
  • Represent FxF in boardrooms, pitches, and at our events

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years in brand partnerships, media sales, or sponsorship — with a track record of closing
  • Proven ability to close six-figure deals with premium or international brands
  • EMEA & US network, you've worked across markets, not just your home country
  • Strong pitch & communication skills you can walk into a room and own it
  • Account & project management of (key) accounts
  • Experience building a team and taking ownership of results
  • Comfortable owning revenue targets and reporting on commercial performance
  • Fluent in English

COMPENSATION

4,500–6,000 / month base, based on experience. Performance-based commission on deals closed. We're also open for freelancers / self-employed people who would like to work on commission base only.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • A key role in a fast-growing global platform that accelerates ambitious women's careers through access to network, knowledge and opportunity
  • Real room to build your team, your portfolio, your career
  • A culture where ambition has access and people lead on their own terms
  • A network that matters, from boardrooms to our own events stage
  • Flexible location and working hours
  • 25 vacation days per year
  • Opportunity to travel for key events

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF

  • You build, not wait. Pipelines, pitches, revenue. You don't need a playbook — you write it.
  • You think beyond the brief. A brand comes with a budget. You come back with a proposal that's hard to say no to. We love creative ideas!
  • You're entrepreneurial. You've built a pipeline from scratch, or you're ready to. Either works.
  • You understand the room. Our audience is ambitious, discerning, and powerful. You know exactly how to sell that to a brand.

At FxF, ambition has access. We're building the media platform where the next generation of finance leaders gets their information, their network, and their edge. The right partner for this role doesn't just want a job, they want to own a piece of what we're building.
