Role Details

• Position: Trade Counter Assistant / Driver
• Hours: 44 per week – Permanent role, 7am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, 8am – 12pm on a Saturday rota
• Salary: £27,936 basic per year
• Bonus/OTE: Up to £31,536 per year

Role Responsibilities

• Lead by example in branch operations, working closely with the Branch Manager and Supervisor
• Achieve sales targets through trade counter sales, providing product knowledge and excellent customer service
• Pick, load, and deliver products using Eurocell\’s vehicles
• Plan routes, drive safely, and maintain company vehicles
• Support branch activities and ensure health and safety compliance
• Maintain branch standards including stock and warehouse management

Candidate Requirements

• Passion for customer service and sales
• Confident and proactive in engaging with customers
• Organisational skills and initiative
• Proficient in MS Office and industry software (e.g., SAP)
• Valid driving license; FLT license optional
• Experience in stock management or trade environment advantageous
