Applications are invited for the position of Head at Felsted Prep, to succeed Miranda Norris who will leave Felsted in 2027 after five years of exceptional leadership. The Head of Felsted Prep is a pivotal role for an ambitious and driven leader, deeply committed to the School’s ethos and values.
The role will work with the Head of Felsted School, Governors and members of the Senior Leadership Team in order to drive forward Felsted Prep for its next exciting chapter. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary individual with energy, flair and ambition to contribute to a compelling one‑school vision which builds on the existing strong platform of success and develops further the school in ways which allow for the development and continuation of educational and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of exceptional academic leadership, sound business judgement and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils and staff, engaging effectively with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally. They will ensure Felsted continues to prepare its pupils to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
