Felsted School is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to directly support the Senior Deputy Head (SDH) and Director of Safeguarding. Founded in 1564, Felsted School is a leading co-educational HMC and IAPS boarding and day school, educating circa 900 students aged 3-18. Located in a picturesque rural village in North Essex, the School occupies a stunning 90-acre campus. Felsted prides itself on being a welcoming and grounded school community which plays to the interests and strengths of the individual. Felsted celebrated 50 years of co-education in 2020 and was named 'Boarding School of the Year' at the 2023 TES Schools Awards.

This dual-focused role is pivotal in driving efficient operational leadership, robust compliance, and seamless administrative support across both key offices. The successful candidate will be a flexible, self-motivated professional who thrives under pressure, easily manages competing priorities, and takes full ownership of both daily routine tasks and long-term projects.

This role is a permanent full-time position, working term-time plus four weeks during the school holidays (equating to 38 weeks per annum). The working pattern for the role is Monday to Friday from 8:30am until 5:00pm or 5:45pm.
