We are looking for an experienced SEN teacher to join our successful SEND department and lead on the provision for Autistic young people, who have an EHCP in Harbour.

The successful applicant will be keen to immerse themselves in our effective SEN team, whilst having the vision to further develop resources and provision to meet the needs of our growing cohort of students.

They will be required to assess and plan for the individual needs of our Harbour students, creating, where necessary, a bespoke timetable of support, while contributing to the development of the wider school Autism provision and training.

They must have a strong desire to build effective relationships with students and staff to help create and sustain a cohesive, inclusive and positive school environment for all.

Closing date for applications is: 10am, Monday 21 September 2026.

Interview will take week commencing 28 September 2026.

All successful candidates will be subject to an appropriate Disclosure and Barring Service check along with other relevant employment checks, including satisfactory references; online searches may be done as part of due diligence checks.
