Fellmont Wealth is a newly launched, directly FCA-authorised independent financial advice firm combining personal service with modern, technology-driven systems. We already have an established and growing client bank and are looking for our first full-time Financial Planning Administrator to join the business and work directly alongside the founder. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants more than a standard admin role. You’ll have genuine input into systems, processes and the future growth of the business from day one. Fellmont Wealth was established to do financial advice differently; we want to adopt the latest technology, increase efficiencies and provide clients with the best experience possible.
The Role
- Support the day-to-day delivery of financial planning services, including:
- Managing client administration and provider interactions
- Supporting the end-to-end advice process
- Preparing documentation for meetings and recommendations
- Submitting and tracking new business
- Maintaining CRM workflows and client records
- Helping improve systems and operational processes
- Delivering a smooth, professional client experience
- Speaking with clients to arrange/organise further information
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone experienced within financial planning administration who can confidently work within a regulated advice environment. We want you to influence how Fellmont Wealth builds its systems/processes and has a genuine interest in working for a different type of financial advice firm. Ideally, you’ll have experience with:
- Adviser platforms and provider systems
- Financial planning and suitability processes
- Dealing with financial adviser requests
