Stock & Logistics Operations Manager | Premium Womenswear Up to £55,000 Generous Package & Benefits London | Hybrid Fella & Jones are partnering with a design-led premium womenswear brand to find a Stock & Logistics Operations Manager to keep stock accuracy sharp, costs controlled, and operations running like clockwork. You will be the go-to for 3PL, freight, and stock management. Key Responsibilities 3PL & Logistics Management Act as the main point of contact for all operational activity within the 3PL. Monitor and ensure 3PL SLA compliance, escalating issues as needed. Manage EOM/EOY priorities and lead bi-weekly meetings between 3PL and Head Office. Conduct quarterly site visits to maintain strong operational relationships. Oversee fulfilment & warehousing budgets, working with 3PL and Finance to control costs. Own the 3PL forecasting tool, ensuring alignment with business needs and sustainability practices. Freight & Imports Manage relationships with freight forwarders, coordinating all deliveries of production into 3PL. Maintain accurate shipping schedules, ensuring customs clearance and duty compliance. Approve logistics and operations invoices and reconcile freight/duties. Collaborate with Buying/Production to ensure accurate import data (HS/MID codes). Stock Management Oversee all stock movements, including stock takes, transfers, and adjustments. Work with Finance on process mapping, reporting, and forecasting stock provisions. Monitor quarantine stock and manage exit strategies via resale or disposal channels. Reporting & Systems Be the Netsuite system superuser, documenting and optimising stock and operations processes. Manage operational reporting (WBR & S&OP) and logistics trackers. Ensure accurate short- and long-term warehouse forecasts reflecting WSSI changes. Operations Projects Support the Commercial Director with major operational and logistics projects. Keep up to date on legislation impacting customs, freight, and duties. Regularly challenge and review rates, surcharges, and duties to drive savings. About You Proven experience in stock, logistics, and operational management within retail or fashion. Advanced Excel skills and Netsuite superuser capability. Strong analytical skills with a process-driven mindset. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
