Senior HR Business Partner
Β£60,000 β Β£75,000 + Package
The company will consider the role on a 4 day or 5 day a week basis.
Fella & Jones are delighted to be partnered with this global Luxury Fashion Brand in the search of an Senior HR Business Partner.
This is a standalone role and will report directly into the COO.
Key responsibilities include
- Ensure line managers communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures
- Identify and assess HR issues which need to be brought to the attention of the rest of the HR team, and act upon them as necessary
- Take a proactive role in suggesting ideas and creating new procedures to ensure the continued improvement and development of the HR function
- Ensure line managers in the region understand, communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures across your necessary markets.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to line managers as required
- Oversee all ER issues, including managing absence, disciplinary processβs grievances and sickness
- Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
- Performance management
- Learning and development
- Training: Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
- Recruitment and retention: managing talent and succession planning
