Fella & Jones are delighted to be partnered with this global Retailer in the search of Senior HR Business Partner. Reporting into the VP of HR overseeing multiple markets, this couldn’t be a more exciting opportunity for any established Senior HR Managers looking for a new challenge within a globally renowned brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure line managers communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures
- Identify and assess HR issues which need to be brought to the attention of the rest of the HR team, and act upon them as necessary
- Take a proactive role in suggesting ideas and creating new procedures to ensure the continued improvement and development of the HR function
- Ensure line managers in the region understand, communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures across your necessary markets
- Develop and deliver training sessions to line managers as required
- Oversee all ER issues, including managing absence, disciplinary processes, grievances and sickness
- Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
- Performance management
- Learning and development
- Training: Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
- Recruitment and retention: managing talent and succession planning
