Fella & Jones are delighted to be partnering with a leading fashion & lifestyle brand to recruit a Junior Merchandiser to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a broad, commercially focused role with exposure across retail stores, outlet, and wider D2C channels. You’ll play a key part in driving stock efficiency, supporting trading decisions, and ensuring strong product performance across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting seasonal planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Managing stock flow across full-price and outlet stores
- Monitoring sales, margin, and stock levels, identifying risks & opportunities
- Producing weekly trade reports and performance analysis
- Supporting Open-to-Buy and stock ownership across stores
- Assisting with replenishment, markdown, and promotional strategies
- Working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Operations, and Store teams
- Supporting new store openings and stock planning
- Contributing to ad hoc reporting and D2C trading initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a merchandising or planning support role
- Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables) and analytical mindset
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
- Proactive, commercially aware, and keen to develop within merchandising
- Exposure to BI tools, SAP, or Power BI is a plus
