We’re working with a high-growth, celebrity-founded consumer brand in the premium FMCG space. With rapid expansion across DTC, subscription, wholesale, and on-trade, they’re now hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to take full ownership of acquisition, lifecycle, and customer value.
The Role
This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for joining the dots across performance marketing, CRM, and community, building a connected system that drives predictable, profitable growth. You’ll work closely with CRM, Sales, and Commercial leadership to ensure every customer interaction, from first impression to long-term loyalty, delivers real commercial impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google and affiliate channels, with full accountability for CAC, ROAS, and growth efficiency
- Lead and evolve CRM and lifecycle strategy (B2C & B2B) — driving retention, subscription performance, and customer lifetime value
- Build a joined-up growth engine, connecting acquisition, CRM, and social into one cohesive system
- Develop community and advocacy programmes across both consumers and trade partners
- Partner closely with Sales to align marketing with distribution, rate of sale, and in-market performance
- Use data, attribution, and insight to continuously optimise performance and inform strategic decisions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior growth, performance, or CRM role within a high-growth consumer brand
- Deep expertise in paid social (Meta-first) and managing significant media budgets
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, retention, and subscription models
- Commercial mindset with clear ownership of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and contribution margin
- Experience working cross-functionally with CRM, Sales, and Commercial teams
- Someone who wants to build and own a growth engine — not just manage channels
