Fella and Jones are delighted to be working with Womens Lifestyle retail brand Brand in the search of a Senior Marketing Manager. The brand has seen incredible growth globally and are now looking to expand their product offerings over the next few seasons.
Within the role, key experience will include.
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
· Analyse market trends and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
· Oversee all social channels both paid & organic
· Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
· Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in marketing management within the fashion or luxury industry.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive business objectives.
· Results-oriented with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
