Senior HR Manager – Luxury Fashion Retailer

Fella & Jones are delighted to be partnered with this global Luxury Fashion Brand in the search of a Senior HR Manager. This is a standalone role and will report directly into the COO.

Responsibilities

• Ensure line managers communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures
• Identify and assess HR issues which need to be brought to the attention of the rest of the HR team, and act upon them as necessary
• Take a proactive role in suggesting ideas and creating new procedures to ensure the continued improvement and development of the HR function
• Ensure line managers in the region understand, communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures across your necessary markets
• Develop and deliver training sessions to line managers as required
• Oversee all ER issues, including managing absence, disciplinary processes, grievances and sickness
• Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
• Performance management
• Learning and development
• Training: Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
• Recruitment and retention: managing talent and succession planning
