The company will consider the role on a 4‑day or 5‑day a week basis. Fella & Jones are delighted to be partnered with this global Luxury Fashion Brand in the search of a Senior HR Business Partner. This is a standalone role and will report directly into the COO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure line managers communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify and assess HR issues which need to be brought to the attention of the rest of the HR team, and act upon them as necessary.
  • Take a proactive role in suggesting ideas and creating new procedures to ensure the continued improvement and development of the HR function.
  • Ensure line managers in the region understand, communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures across your necessary markets.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to line managers as required.
  • Oversee all ER issues, including managing absence, disciplinary processes, grievances and sickness.
  • Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
  • Performance management.

  • Training: Implement the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement.
  • Recruitment and retention: managing talent and succession planning.
