Production Manager (FTC – 9-12 months Maternity Cover)

London, Hybrid 3 days office based.

Salary up to £46k plus benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading B-corp luxury lifestyle brand as a Production Manager on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about ethical production, attention to detail, and delivering premium quality products.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring the smooth flow from design through to delivery. Working closely with design, development, and suppliers, you’ll ensure collections are produced to the highest standard, on time, and in line with the brand’s sustainability and quality values.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full production lifecycle, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met

• Resolve production challenges swiftly, communicating any delays or contingency plans

• Oversee quality control across all stages of the supply chain

• Use and train team members on Zedonk for production tracking and reporting

• Collaborate with the Design Studio Manager to set up seasonal calendars and track key milestones

• Lead seasonal margin reviews, cost analyses, and projections

• Negotiate factory pricing and ensure costings align with commercial objectives and sustainability principles

• Source, assess, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong, ethical partnerships

• Manage the export of bulk fabrics to production facilities

About You

You’ll have solid experience in production and sourcing, ideally within premium or sustainable fashion. You’re an excellent communicator and negotiator, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities at once. A strong understanding of garment production, costing, and supplier management is essential, as is proficiency with PLM system like zedonk. You’ll be commercially minded but equally committed to upholding responsible production practices.
