Fella & Jones are excited to be partnering with a globally renowned Luxury Brand in the search for an experienced Merchandising Manager to work across their Fine Jewellery & Leather Goods area.
About the Role
In this key position, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance through strategic merchandising, market analysis, and product management. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across Retail, eCommerce and Training. In this role you will help shape buying strategies, optimise inventory, and ensure exceptional product launches across the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor market trends and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Define and execute buying strategies, balancing new products and bestsellers to meet customer demand.
- Partner with Demand and Supply teams to manage stock effectively and reduce risks.
- Drive successful product launches, collaborating with Visual Merchandising, Training, and Communications teams.
About You:
- Proven experience in merchandising within the luxury retail sector, with ideal experience in Fine Jewellery & Leather goods.
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
