Fella & Jones are exclusively partnered with a Menswear Luxury brand in their pursuit to find an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the brand's digital presence and growth.
Role Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations. This role requires a hands-on approach with a strong focus on sales and revenue maximisation, and exceptional client experience. This couldn't be a more exciting time to join the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing e-commerce operations to maximise sales and revenue.
- Enhancing the client experience across digital platforms.
- Collaborating with external media agencies for PPC and paid social campaigns.
- Providing trend reporting and optimisation recommendations.
- Mapping a prospective pathway for long-term performance.
- Responsible for daily sales reports and weekly & annual trade reports.
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic, acquisition, sales, conversion and A/B testing and reporting.
- Conversion rate, AOV & number of transactions across all territories as well as UX and UI improvements.
Ideally you will:
- Have proven experience in e-commerce and performance marketing.
- Have experience with Shopify Plus.
- Have previous experience with external agencies.
- Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to nurture team members.
- Have an analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
