E-commerce Executive Assistant Online Buyer/ Merchandiser for a multi-brand luxury retailer in Central London - Hybrid (3/4 days in the office). Up to £35k + package.
Fella and Jones have partnered with a fast-growing luxury multi-branded retailer who are expanding their presence globally. They are looking for an Online Trading Assistant who loves product, thrives on data, and has high attention to detail to join their growing team. This is a multifaceted role that combines buying, merchandising, and online trading.
The role: You’ll play a key part in ensuring products are commercially ready from buy through to launch—owning data accuracy, supporting buying admin, and helping keep stock and systems aligned.
- Working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Brand Engagement, and Retail to drive commercial performance.
- Tracking sales and sell-through, identifying opportunities, and implementing trading actions to maximise performance and reduce risk.
- Managing the order tracker during market, including chasing selections, inputting orders, ensuring accuracy whilst managing any discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate product data across all systems.
- Supporting the buying process with updated buy sheets, pricing, and product information.
- Assisting with product uploads and launch timelines.
The Person: Ideally, you will have experience in buying or merchandising, preferably gained in an online luxury brand. You should be highly detail-oriented with a strong data focus and have strong experience using Excel. You must be used to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and have a good understanding of the luxury branded landscape. Experience with Shopify is preferred. You should be proactive, organised, and reliable.
