Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser – (Menswear) Wholesale and D2C
Up to £60k
North London – Office-based
Fella & Jones are delighted to be working with a fast-growing international menswear brand on a key Merchandiser appointment in their growing team.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Merchandiser to join a business that has seen significant growth and is continuing to expand across multiple channels and international markets.
The successful candidate will take ownership of trading all product areas across all channels including wholesale, retail, direct-to-consumer, outlet, and full-price both in the UK and internationally.The role offers the chance to shape seasonal assortments, influence go-to-market strategies, and work closely with commercial partners to drive sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the wholesale merchandising strategy, while supporting retail, D2C, outlet, and full-price channels.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and option plans to deliver profitable growth.
- Analyse sales and stock performance, identifying both opportunities and risks.
- Partner with sales, design, and buying teams to deliver compelling, commercially successful menswear ranges.
- Influence go-to-market strategies, ensuring strong alignment across all channels.

- Proven experience in wholesale merchandising, ideally within menswear, fashion, or lifestyle categories.
