Are you a dynamic merchandiser with an eye for detail and upcoming trends? Here\’s your chance to shine! Fella & Jones, in collaboration with a design-led brand, is on the hunt for a Merchandiser who can start asap this February.
You\’ll be stepping into a brand that\’s in full flight, celebrating its best year due to its beautifully curated product offering. As a pivotal part of the team, you\’ll report directly to the Head of Merchandising managing the Childrenswear offering. You will be working seamlessly with the product and design teams to trade the product through all channels.
Key Responsibilities as Merchandiser
- Uphold our Weekly Stock Sales and Intake forecasts (WSSI), pinpointing both risks and golden opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with design and product teams to sculpt a perfectly balanced commercial assortment.
- Champion online sales success, forecasting the delightful dance of category mix, profit, and revenue.
- Spearhead innovative process improvements, paving the way for our fast-expanding, ever-evolving business.
- Command the room in monthly WSSI meetings, presenting to the Merchandising Director, CEO & CFO, while spotlighting any potential risks.
- Steer markdown and promotional strategies, calculating boosts and their profitability impact.

- Proven experience as a Merchandiser, ideally within a design-led brand.
- Analytical prowess, adeptness with systems, and a rich history of trading both stores and the web.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
