In this role, you'll take ownership of the women’s wovens and tailoring category, reporting directly to the Head of Merchandising and working closely with both design and product teams to bring the range to life across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the WSSI, identifying risks and opportunities to optimise performance.
- Partner with design and product to build a well-balanced, commercially driven assortment.
- Drive online success by forecasting category mix, profit, and revenue with precision.
- Champion process improvements that support the brand’s rapid growth and evolving structure.
- Present key insights and performance updates in monthly WSSI meetings with senior leadership, including the CEO and CFO.
- Own markdown and promotional strategies, evaluating impact on margin and revenue.
