Senior Merchandiser– Luxury Contemporary Fashion £65,000 - £75,000 + Generous Package & Benefits Fella & Jones is partnering with a globally recognised luxury contemporary fashion brand to recruit a highly analytical Senior Merchandiser. Supporting ecommerce, retail and wholesale, you will turn complex trading and inventory data into clear commercial insights. This role suits a numerically confident merchandiser who enjoys building reports, improving processes and helping teams make smarter, faster decisions. Own weekly trading analysis across sales, margin, stock, sell-through and availability. Analyse performance by product, category, channel and market. Identify risks, opportunities and recommended commercial actions. Support range planning, pricing, markdown and inventory decisions. Lead seasonal and post-season analysis. Improve data accuracy and automate repeatable reporting processes. Experience in merchandising or merchandising analysis, ideally within luxury, premium or contemporary fashion. Strong Google Sheets fundamentals, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation and dashboards. Experience working with large datasets and building reporting tools. Understanding of WSSI, OTB, forecasting, stock management and markdown planning. Experience with BI tools, SQL or reporting automation would be advantageous but is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused data specialist to strengthen the analytical capability of a growing international luxury brand.
