Fella & Jones are delighted to be partnered with this global Luxury Fashion Brand in the search of a Senior HR Business Partner. This is a standalone role and will report directly into the COO.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure line managers communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures.
- Identify and assess HR issues which need to be brought to the attention of the rest of the HR team, and act upon them as necessary.
- Take a proactive role in suggesting ideas and creating new procedures to ensure the continued improvement and development of the HR function.
- Ensure line managers in the region understand, communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures across your necessary markets.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to line managers as required.
- Oversee all ER issues, including managing absence, disciplinary processes, grievances and sickness.
- Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement.
