We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Director to lead global brand growth, customer engagement and commercial performance across multiple regions, with a strong emphasis on luxury positioning, international scale and sophisticated media strategy. The Opportunity
You will define and execute the global marketing vision, leading brand, digital and commercial marketing initiatives across international markets. Working closely with founders and senior leadership, you will shape how the brand is experienced worldwide, driving awareness, customer acquisition, loyalty and long-term brand equity.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the global marketing strategy across all channels and international markets
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, loyalty and lifetime value through integrated growth initiatives
- Shape and evolve a distinctive global luxury brand identity with strong cultural relevance
- Lead global media planning and investment strategy across digital, social, CRM, partnerships, content and emerging channels
- Oversee integrated campaign development across launches, brand moments, partnerships and international activations
- Deliver best-in-class omnichannel customer journeys across web, mobile, retail and content ecosystems
- Establish clear performance frameworks, attribution models and ROI measurement across marketing investment
- Build and lead a high-performing international marketing organisation, fostering collaboration, accountability and innovation
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, Creative and Leadership teams to ensure aligned global execution
- Develop influential partnerships, PR strategy and thought leadership initiatives to elevate brand presence internationally
- Identify growth opportunities across key regions, particularly North America, Europe and high-value international markets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Global Marketing Director or senior marketing leader within luxury, beauty, wellness, or luxury brand.
- Strong international marketing experience with exposure to scaling brands globally, particularly within the US and Asia.
- Deep expertise across brand development, performance marketing, CRM, digital growth and global media planning
- Demonstrated success driving profitable growth for premium or high-value consumer products
- Sophisticated understanding of luxury consumer behaviour, cultural nuance and international market dynamics
- Commercially astute with experience managing significant marketing budgets, forecasting and performance accountability
- Strong strategic leadership combined with hands-on operational capability
- Experience operating in high-growth, founder-led or entrepreneurial businesses
