Fella & Jones are delighted to be partnering with a leading fashion & lifestyle brand to recruit a Junior Merchandiser to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a broad, commercially focused role with exposure across retail stores, outlet, and wider D2C channels. You’ll play a key part in driving stock efficiency, supporting trading decisions, and ensuring strong product performance across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting seasonal planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Managing stock flow across full-price and outlet stores
  • Monitoring sales, margin, and stock levels, identifying risks & opportunities
  • Producing weekly trade reports and performance analysis
  • Supporting Open-to-Buy and stock ownership across stores
  • Assisting with replenishment, markdown, and promotional strategies
  • Working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Operations, and Store teams
  • Supporting new store openings and stock planning
  • Contributing to ad hoc reporting and D2C trading initiatives

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a merchandising or planning support role
  • Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables) and analytical mindset
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
  • Proactive, commercially aware, and keen to develop within merchandising
  • Exposure to BI tools, SAP, or Power BI is a plus
