The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, the Head Of Marketing will take ownership of the brand marketing calendar, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategy, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand presence across all touchpoints. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of the menswear and lifestyle space, combining commercial awareness with creative brand thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal marketing campaigns across digital, retail, e-commerce, and social channels
- Lead brand storytelling and content direction in line with the brand vision and customer profile
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and community engagement strategies
- Manage partnerships, influencer collaborations, events, and PR activations
- Oversee campaign performance analysis and reporting, using insights to optimise future activity

About You
- Proven experience in a Senior Marketing Manager or similar role within menswear, activewear, lifestyle, or fashion
