Fella & Jones are excited to be partnered with this global retail brand based in London in the search of a Digital Marketing Analyst to join their team. They are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to drive paid media performance and digital growth for a global retail brand. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on data, moves quickly, and uses insight to influence decisions. You’ll sit at the intersection of performance marketing, analytics, and trading, owning campaign analysis, optimisation, and digital planning across international markets.
What You will do
- Analyse and optimise Meta and Google Ads performance across global markets, focusing on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion metrics
- Build clear, actionable performance reporting using GA, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, and advanced Excel
- Use historical data to forecast performance, support budget allocation, and inform trading decisions
- Lead testing and optimisation across audiences, creative assets, and bids to improve efficiency and scale
- Support and manage the digital marketing calendar, aligning campaigns and launches to commercial goals
Creative Scope
This is a performance-first analytical role. You’ll select, test, and optimise paid media assets from existing creative libraries, using data to guide formats, messaging emphasis, and rotation — focusing on effectiveness, not asset creation.
About You
- Strong experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital analytics within ecommerce or retail
- Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
- Commercially focused, detail-driven, and comfortable owning insight-led recommendations
If you’re motivated by performance, enjoy turning data into commercial impact, and want exposure to global markets within a premium retail environment, we’d love to hear from you.
