Fella & Jones are delighted to be partnering with a growing international luxury fashion lifestyle group in the search for an exceptional Group Commercial Director. This is a rare opportunity to join a founder-led business operating at the intersection of luxury fashion, lifestyle, hospitality and destination retail.
Reporting directly to the Founder & Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the group's commercial strategy, driving revenue growth and supporting international expansion across multiple brands and channels.
The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional Commercial Director role. You will be responsible for leading commercial growth across:
- International Wholesale
- Ecommerce
- Strategic Partnerships
- Private Client Sales
- Retail Expansion
- Hospitality & Lifestyle Collaborations
- New Business Development
Working closely with the Founder, you will help build a scalable commercial platform capable of supporting the next stage of growth for the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the group's commercial strategy
- Drive international wholesale growth and key account development
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships across luxury retail, hospitality and lifestyle sectors
- Support ecommerce growth and omnichannel commercial performance
- Develop private client and VIP sales initiatives
- Evaluate new market and retail expansion opportunities
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership opportunities
- Deliver sustainable revenue growth across multiple channels
- Provide commercial leadership across the wider organisation
