Fella & Jones are recruiting a Buyer / Senior Buyer for a high-profile role across multi-product womenswear for this globally expanding retailer. We are looking to connect with candidates from either High Street or Premium Womenswear backgrounds. Please note, this is a Product Development Buying role.
This is an opportunity for a commercially driven buyer with a strong product eye, excellent sourcing knowledge and the confidence to lead supplier negotiations.
Working closely with design teams, you’ll translate trends and customer insight into commercially compelling ranges, balancing quality, price and margin.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven buying experience across multi-product womenswear.
- Strong sourcing experience across Bangladesh, India and China, with a track record of building effective supplier relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with demonstrable success in securing competitive cost prices, terms and lead times.
- Experience working collaboratively with design teams to develop cohesive, customer-focused collections.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to identify opportunities, manage trading performance and drive profitability.
