Key Responsibilities

• Drive learning and development initiatives to support team growth.
• Lead performance reviews and engagement strategies.
• Partner with the business to manage employee relations (ER) matters effectively.
• Proactively suggest and develop new HR procedures to enhance efficiency and alignment with the brand’s vision.
• Deliver training sessions to line managers as required.
• Oversee all employee relations (ER) matters, including absence management, disciplinary processes, grievances, and sickness.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
• Lead performance management and learning and development initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing HR initiatives, ideally in a high-performing or luxury brand environment.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, learning and development, and performance management.
• Proven ability to align HR practices with the vision and values of a premium brand.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
