Key Responsibilities
- Drive learning and development initiatives to support team growth.
- Lead performance reviews and engagement strategies.
- Partner with the business to manage employee relations (ER) matters effectively.
- Proactively suggest and develop new HR procedures to enhance efficiency and alignment with the brand’s vision.
- Deliver training sessions to line managers as required.
- Oversee all employee relations (ER) matters, including absence management, disciplinary processes, grievances, and sickness.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
- Lead performance management and learning and development initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing HR initiatives, ideally in a high-performing or luxury brand environment.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, learning and development, and performance management.
- Proven ability to align HR practices with the vision and values of a premium brand.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
